What it means
The payee block (PayeeTradeParty) has a Description element, a text about the payee. EN 16931 carries only the payee name (BT-59), identifier (BT-60) and company registration number (BT-61), so a description has no place there.
Why it matters
The file is still accepted, because this is a warning. Receivers ignore the text, so whatever it says does not reach the buyer through this field. If it tells the buyer where to pay, make sure the payment details (BG-16) say the same, because those are what receivers read.
How to fix it
Delete the Description element from the payee block. If the text matters, move it to an invoice note (BT-22). Then check that the payee name and the bank account in the payment details (BG-16) are the ones the buyer should pay.
