What it means
Inside the payee block, the legal organisation block (SpecifiedLegalOrganization) carries the payee's company registration number (BT-61) in its ID element. An AuthorizedLegalRegistration block next to it, which holds additional legal registration details, is not part of EN 16931.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. Receivers read the registration number in the ID element and skip the rest. Removing the block is only needed to keep the file within the standard or to clear the warning for a buyer who asks for it.
How to fix it
Delete the AuthorizedLegalRegistration element from the payee's legal organisation block. Keep the ID element with the company registration number, and add the scheme the number belongs to if your software offers it. If the block is written automatically, ask the software's supplier to stop exporting it for payees.
