What it means
Inside the payee block, the legal organisation block (SpecifiedLegalOrganization) may carry the payee's company registration number (BT-61). A LegalClassificationCode there, which would say what kind of company the payee is, such as a limited company, is not part of EN 16931.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. Receivers ignore the code and identify the payee by its name and registration number. It is a low-priority fix: do it when you next touch the invoice template, or sooner if a buyer or network asks for a file without warnings.
How to fix it
Delete the LegalClassificationCode element from the payee's legal organisation block. Keep the registration number in the ID element next to it. If the code comes from a company type field in your software, check whether the e-invoice export has an option for payee details and switch the legal form off.
