What it means
The payee's legal organisation block (SpecifiedLegalOrganization) is only for the company registration number (BT-61). EN 16931 has postal addresses for the seller (BG-5), the buyer (BG-8) and a few other parties, but none for the payee, so a PostalTradeAddress here is outside the standard.
Why it matters
The file is still accepted, because this is a warning. The address is not read, so the buyer cannot rely on it to find or identify the payee. If the buyer needs to know the payee's address, tell them outside the invoice.
How to fix it
Delete the PostalTradeAddress element from the payee's legal organisation block. Check that the seller address (BG-5) is complete in the seller block. If your software exports a payee address, look in its e-invoice settings for an option to leave the payee address out.
