What it means
A trading name is the name a business trades under, when that differs from its legal name. EN 16931 has one for the seller (BT-28) but not for the payee. In the payee's legal organisation block (SpecifiedLegalOrganization) only the company registration number (BT-61) is expected.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. Receivers ignore the trading name of the payee, so it does not appear in the buyer's records. It is worth fixing if the buyer might not recognise the payee by its legal name alone.
How to fix it
Delete the TradingBusinessName element from the payee's legal organisation block. If the buyer knows the payee better by its trading name, use that as the payee name (BT-59) only when it is also how the payee appears on the bank account, so the payment can be matched. Otherwise keep the legal name.
