What it means
If the invoice names a tax representative for the seller (BG-11), the check looks for a contact person or department (ram:DefinedTradeContact) inside that party. EN 16931 describes a tax representative with only a name (BT-62), a VAT number (BT-63) and a postal address (BG-12), so the contact has nowhere to go.
Why it matters
This is a warning, not an error, so the invoice is still accepted and processed. A recipient that follows the standard does not read the contact, so nobody sees it. It is worth fixing if you meant the buyer to reach the representative, or if you want a file with no warnings.
How to fix it
Clear the contact person, phone and email fields of the tax representative in your invoicing software, or in its e-invoice export settings if it has them. If you edit the XML yourself, delete the ram:DefinedTradeContact block inside ram:SellerTaxRepresentativeTradeParty. Keep the representative's name, VAT number and address. If the buyer needs a way to reach the representative, add it to the invoice note.
