What it means
If the invoice names a tax representative for the seller (BG-11), the check looks for a web, email or other electronic address (ram:URIUniversalCommunication) on that party. EN 16931 only has electronic addresses for the seller (BT-34) and the buyer (BT-49).
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice is still accepted. The address would say where to reach the representative, but a recipient that follows the standard does not read it, so it does nothing. It is worth fixing if someone is relying on that address, because it will not get used.
How to fix it
Remove the email, web or other address stored against the tax representative in your invoicing software. In the XML, delete ram:URIUniversalCommunication inside ram:SellerTaxRepresentativeTradeParty. The electronic addresses of the seller and the buyer stay where they are, on the seller and on the buyer.
