What it means
The check looks in the agreement part of the invoice header for delivery terms (ram:ApplicableTradeDeliveryTerms), the agreed conditions of delivery, for example an Incoterms code saying who arranges and pays for transport. EN 16931 has no field for them.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice is still accepted. A recipient that follows the standard ignores the delivery terms, so they do not affect booking, VAT or payment. It is worth fixing if the buyer relies on the terms being stated on the invoice.
How to fix it
Look for delivery terms or Incoterms in the e-invoice or export settings of your invoicing software and switch them off for this format. In the XML, delete the ram:ApplicableTradeDeliveryTerms block. If the buyer expects the terms to be stated, add them to the invoice note.
