What it means
The check looks in the agreement part of the invoice header for a party that is the end user of the products (ram:ProductEndUserTradeParty), meaning whoever will use what was sold, who may differ from the buyer. EN 16931 has no place for an end user.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice is still accepted. A recipient that follows the standard does not read the end user, so it plays no part in booking or checking the invoice. It is worth fixing if the buyer needs to know who the goods are for, because they will not see it here.
How to fix it
Remove the end user or end customer from the invoice in your invoicing software. In the XML, delete the ram:ProductEndUserTradeParty block. If the goods go to a different person or address than the buyer, give them as the deliver-to party (BT-70) in the delivery information instead.
