What it means
If the invoice names a tax representative for the seller (BG-11), the check looks for an end point address (ram:EndPointURIUniversalCommunication) on that party, meaning an address that messages or documents are delivered to. EN 16931 only has electronic addresses for the seller (BT-34) and the buyer (BT-49).
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice is still accepted. Nothing is delivered to this address, because a recipient that follows the standard does not read it. It is worth fixing if you thought it would route anything to the representative.
How to fix it
Remove the delivery or end point address stored against the tax representative in your invoicing software. In the XML, delete ram:EndPointURIUniversalCommunication inside ram:SellerTaxRepresentativeTradeParty. Where e-invoices are delivered is set by the seller's and buyer's electronic addresses, so leave those as they are.
