What it means
If the invoice names a tax representative for the seller (BG-11), the check looks for a logo image (ram:LogoAssociatedSpecifiedBinaryFile) attached to that party. EN 16931 has no place for a logo on any party.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice is still accepted. Software that reads the structured data does not use the logo. If the element holds the image itself, it also makes the file larger for no gain. It is worth fixing if your files are large or you want no warnings.
How to fix it
Turn off the logo for the tax representative in your invoicing software, or in its e-invoice export settings. In the XML, delete ram:LogoAssociatedSpecifiedBinaryFile inside ram:SellerTaxRepresentativeTradeParty. A logo belongs on the visible PDF copy of the invoice, not in the structured data.
