Wat de regel betekent
Een toeslag op de hele factuur (BG-21) heeft geen reden in woorden (BT-104) en geen redencode (BT-105).
Waarom het ertoe doet
De ontvanger moet weten waar het extra bedrag voor is, zoals vracht of verpakking, voordat hij boekt.
Zo los je het op
Voeg een korte reden toe zoals "Verzendkosten", een code uit de lijst UNTDID 7161 (FC betekent vracht), of allebei.
