Wat de regel betekent
De factuur noemt de datum waarop de btw verschuldigd wordt (BT-7) en daarnaast een code die zegt hoe die datum wordt bepaald (BT-8). Je mag maar één van de twee gebruiken.
Waarom het ertoe doet
Als beide er staan, weet de ontvanger niet welke het btw-tijdvak bepaalt. De factuur wordt dan geweigerd.
Zo los je het op
Houd de datum aan als je die weet en verwijder de code, of andersom. Meestal is geen van beide nodig als de btw op de factuurdatum verschuldigd is.
