Qué significa
Comprueba que la entidad jurídica del beneficiario del pago (cac:PayeeParty/cac:PartyLegalEntity) no contiene cbc:RegistrationExpirationDate, la fecha en que caduca el registro de una empresa. De este bloque, EN 16931 solo lee el identificador de registro legal del beneficiario (BT-61, en cbc:CompanyID).
Por qué importa
Es un aviso, por lo que el archivo se acepta. La norma no tiene ningún término de negocio para la caducidad del registro del beneficiario, así que el programa del destinatario no tiene campo para ella y normalmente la ignora. Conviene quitarla si quieres un informe limpio. Esta regla no comprueba si el registro sigue vigente.
Cómo corregirlo
Borra cualquier fecha de caducidad del registro de los datos del beneficiario en tu programa de facturación y vuelve a exportar. Si generas el XML tú mismo, elimina cbc:RegistrationExpirationDate de cac:PayeeParty/cac:PartyLegalEntity. El número de registro en cbc:CompanyID puede quedarse.
