What it means
The payment terms contain a PayeeTradeParty element, which names who receives the payment. EN 16931 does not use it inside the payment terms. A payee that differs from the seller (BG-10) goes in its own PayeeTradeParty directly in the invoice settlement section.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice is still accepted. The buyer's software looks for the payee in the payee section only, so a payee named inside the payment terms is not read. It is worth fixing if the payee is not the seller, because then the buyer could pay the wrong party.
How to fix it
Remove the PayeeTradeParty element from the payment terms. If the payee is a different party from the seller, enter it once in the payee section, with its name (BT-59). If you receive the payment yourself, leave the payee out altogether.
