What it means
The payee block (PayeeTradeParty) has a PostalTradeAddress element. EN 16931 has addresses for the seller (BG-5), the buyer (BG-8), the seller's tax representative and the delivery, but not for the payee.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. Receivers ignore the address, so it does not end up in the buyer's records. It is worth fixing when the address is needed for the buyer to trust a payment to a party other than the seller.
How to fix it
Delete the PostalTradeAddress element from the payee block. Check that the seller address (BG-5) is complete in the seller block. If the buyer needs the payee's address, send it to them separately or in an invoice note (BT-22), and keep the payee name (BT-59) the same as on the bank account.
