What it means
The check looks in the agreement part of the invoice header for a reference to an order response (ram:OrderResponseReferencedDocument), the seller's reply that confirms or changes an order. EN 16931 has no field for it. The order itself is referenced with the purchase order number (BT-13) and the sales order reference (BT-14).
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice is still accepted. A recipient that follows the standard does not read the order response reference, so it plays no part in matching the invoice to the order. It is worth fixing if you want a file with no warnings, or if the buyer needs the confirmation number.
How to fix it
Remove the order confirmation reference from the invoice in your invoicing software, or from the export settings that send it. In the XML, delete the ram:OrderResponseReferencedDocument block. Keep the purchase order number and, if you have one, your sales order reference. If the buyer needs the confirmation number, add it to the invoice note.
