What it means
The payment card details (ApplicableTradeSettlementFinancialCard) inside the payment means section contain a Description element. This is a free-text field for the card itself, not the invoice note or a line description. EN 16931 allows only the card number (BT-87) and the cardholder name (BT-88) there.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. The buyer's software does not read free text in the card details, so anything written there will probably not be seen. It is worth fixing to keep the file clean, and when the text matters to the buyer.
How to fix it
Switch off any card description in the payment details your invoicing software exports. If you edit the XML yourself, delete the Description element from the card details. If you want to tell the buyer something about the payment, use the invoice note (BT-22) or the payment terms (BT-20).
