What it means
The account to be debited (PayerPartyDebtorFinancialAccount) in the payment means section contains an AccountName element. For a direct debit, EN 16931 gives the account to be debited only as an account identifier (BT-91), with no name. This is not the name of your own bank account (BT-85), which is a different element.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. The buyer's software reads the debited account identifier and does not read a name next to it. It is worth fixing to keep the file clean.
How to fix it
Delete the AccountName element from PayerPartyDebtorFinancialAccount. Keep the account identifier (BT-91, in the IBANID element) if the invoice is paid by direct debit. If you meant to give the name of the account the buyer should pay into, that goes in the payee account (PayeePartyCreditorFinancialAccount), where it is allowed as BT-85.
