What it means
Inside the delivery details (ApplicableHeaderTradeDelivery), the delivery event (ActualDeliverySupplyChainEvent) should not contain an OccurrenceSpecifiedPeriod. The delivery date (BT-72) is one date, not a period.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. EN 16931 has no field for a period inside the delivery event, so receiving software normally ignores it and the buyer does not see the dates you gave.
How to fix it
Remove the period from the delivery details. If you want to show the time span the invoice covers, use the invoice period (BT-73 for the start and BT-74 for the end), which is allowed. If you only need to show when the goods or services were supplied, keep a single delivery date. Fix it when the buyer needs those dates to match the invoice to the supply.
