What it means
Inside the delivery details (ApplicableHeaderTradeDelivery), there should be no AdditionalReferencedDocument, a reference to another document. The despatch advice and receiving advice references (BT-16 and BT-15) have their own elements and are not what this rule looks for.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. Receiving software does not read a document reference placed in the delivery details, so the buyer may never see it.
How to fix it
Remove the reference from the delivery details. If the buyer needs the document, add it as a supporting document (BG-24) with an attachment, which is part of the normal invoice. In most invoicing software this is the option to attach a file to the invoice. Fix it when the document matters for payment or approval.
