What it means
Inside the delivery details (ApplicableHeaderTradeDelivery), the delivery event (ActualDeliverySupplyChainEvent) should not contain an OccurrenceLogisticsLocation, a place attached to the event.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. EN 16931 reads the delivery place from the deliver to details, not from the delivery event, so a location in the event is normally ignored. The buyer may then miss where the goods went.
How to fix it
Remove the location from the delivery event. Enter the place of delivery in the deliver to address (BG-15) in your invoicing software, together with the deliver to name if you use one. Fix it when the delivery address differs from the buyer's address, because that is when the buyer needs it.
