What it means
A despatch advice is the seller's note that goods have been sent. The invoice may refer to it by its number (BT-16), but the despatch advice reference (DespatchAdviceReferencedDocument) in the delivery details should not contain a LineID, a line number inside that document. CII-SR-334 runs the same test.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. EN 16931 has no field for a line number inside the despatch advice, so receiving software normally drops it. The buyer still gets the despatch advice number.
How to fix it
Open the despatch advice reference in your invoicing software and clear the line number, keeping the document number. If the buyer needs to match one invoice line to one line of the despatch advice, ask them how they want it shown. If you can choose a profile when you export, pick EN 16931 rather than Extended.
