What it means
This rule runs the same test as CII-SR-333. The despatch advice reference (DespatchAdviceReferencedDocument) in the delivery details (ApplicableHeaderTradeDelivery) should not contain a LineID. The despatch advice number itself (BT-16) is allowed.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. EN 16931 has no field for a line number inside the despatch advice, so receiving software normally drops it. You may see this warning together with CII-SR-333, because both look at the same element.
How to fix it
Clear the line number from the despatch advice reference in your invoicing software and keep the document number. Fixing CII-SR-333 clears this warning too. It is worth doing if you want the check to pass cleanly or if the receiving system is strict about extra elements.
