What it means
Inside the delivery details (ApplicableHeaderTradeDelivery), there should be no ActualReceiptSupplyChainEvent, an event that records when the goods were received. The delivery date (BT-72) sits in the delivery event (ActualDeliverySupplyChainEvent), which is a different element and is allowed.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. EN 16931 has no field for a receipt event, so receiving software normally drops it. Anything recorded only there is lost for the buyer.
How to fix it
Remove the receipt event from the delivery details. If you need to give a date for the supply, enter it as the delivery date in your invoicing software. If you can choose a profile when you export, pick EN 16931 rather than Extended. Fix it when the buyer needs the receipt date, and agree with them where it should be shown.
