Wat de regel betekent
Elke factuur moet een specificatie-ID (BT-24) bevatten. Dat is een technische code, zoals urn:cen.eu:en16931:2017, die de ontvanger vertelt welke norm en welke nationale of netwerkregels het bestand volgt.
Waarom het ertoe doet
Het systeem van de ontvanger leest deze code als eerste om te bepalen tegen welke regels het de factuur controleert. Zonder code kan het bestand niet worden verwerkt en wordt het geweigerd.
Zo los je het op
Deze code typ je niet zelf. Kies in je factuursoftware het juiste exportformaat (bijvoorbeeld Peppol BIS, NLCIUS, XRechnung of Factur-X) en exporteer opnieuw. Maak je de XML zelf, voeg dan cbc:CustomizationID (UBL) of ram:GuidelineSpecifiedDocumentContextParameter/ram:ID (CII) toe met de ID van de standaard die je volgt.
