What it means
A supporting document (type code 916), such as a delivery note or a timesheet, can have one description (BT-123), the short name or title that goes with it. In the file this is the Name element of the document reference. The check finds supporting documents that have more than one Name.
Why it matters
The description is the label that goes with the attachment. With two, the recipient cannot tell which label is meant, and their software may show only one of them. It is a warning, so the invoice is accepted either way.
How to fix it
In your invoicing software, open the attachments or supporting documents on the invoice and give each document a single description. If you are sending several documents, add each as its own attachment with its own description rather than listing them all in one. Fixing it is not urgent, but it keeps the file clean for recipients that check strictly.
