What it means
A supporting document (type code 916) can carry one file embedded in the invoice (BT-125), such as a PDF of a timesheet. In the file it is the AttachmentBinaryObject element. The check finds supporting documents that contain more than one.
Why it matters
Each supporting document has room for a single embedded file, so the recipient's software can pick up only one and the others may be lost. Because this is a warning, the invoice is still accepted.
How to fix it
Attach the files one by one, each as its own attachment, instead of putting several into one entry. If your software only allows one file per entry, combine the pages into a single PDF first and attach that. Fix it when the extra files matter to the buyer, since they may not reach them.
The rule as published
Only one AdditionalReferencedDocument AttachmentBinaryObject BT-125 is allowed with TypeCode 916. Business terms: BT-125
