What it means
Inside the delivery details (ApplicableHeaderTradeDelivery), there should be no ConsumptionReportReferencedDocument, a reference to a report of what the buyer has used.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. EN 16931 has no field for a consumption report, so receiving software normally drops the reference. The buyer cannot find the report from the invoice data.
How to fix it
Remove the reference from the delivery details. If the report backs up the amounts on the invoice, add it as a supporting document (BG-24) with an attachment instead. Most invoicing software has an option to attach a file to the invoice. Fix it when the buyer needs the report to approve the invoice.
