What it means
The seller's tax representative (BG-11) contains a GlobalID element, a worldwide identifier for the party such as a GLN or DUNS number. EN 16931 identifies this party by its name (BT-62) and its VAT number (BT-63).
Why it matters
This is only a warning, so the file is still accepted. The identifier has no field in the EN 16931 data model, so the buyer's software will not read it and the tax authority gets nothing extra from it.
How to fix it
Check how the tax representative is set up in your invoicing software, often in the company or seller settings, and make sure the name and VAT number are filled in. Stop any other identifier, such as a GLN or DUNS number, being exported for this party. If you build the XML yourself, delete the GlobalID element under SellerTaxRepresentativeTradeParty.
