What it means
The seller's tax representative (BG-11) contains a Description element, a free-text line about the party. EN 16931 identifies this party by its name (BT-62) and its VAT number (BT-63), with its address.
Why it matters
This is only a warning, so the file is still accepted. The description has no field in the EN 16931 data model, so the buyer's software will not read it and the text will probably be lost.
How to fix it
Check how the tax representative is set up in your invoicing software and clear any description, remark or comment field on it, or stop it being exported. If the text matters to the buyer, put it in words in the invoice note (BT-22). If you build the XML yourself, delete Description under SellerTaxRepresentativeTradeParty.
