What it means
The seller's tax representative (BG-11) contains a RoleCode element, a code for the role the party plays. EN 16931 identifies this party by its name (BT-62) and its VAT number (BT-63) and does not need a role.
Why it matters
This is only a warning, so the file is still accepted. The role code has no field in the EN 16931 data model, so the buyer's software will not read it. The party is already known as the seller's tax representative from where it sits in the file.
How to fix it
Check how the tax representative is set up in your invoicing software, often in the company or seller settings, and make sure only the name, address and VAT number are filled in. Stop any role or party type field being exported. If you build the XML yourself, delete RoleCode under SellerTaxRepresentativeTradeParty.
