Wat de regel betekent
Elke factuurregel (BG-25) moet de eenheid van de hoeveelheid (BT-130) bevatten. Dat is een code uit UN/ECE-aanbeveling 20 of 21, bijvoorbeeld C62 voor stuks, HUR voor uren of KGM voor kilogram.
Waarom het ertoe doet
De software van de afnemer boekt en controleert elke regel afzonderlijk, vaak tegen de inkooporder. Een regel zonder dit gegeven kan niet worden gematcht of geboekt, dus de hele factuur wordt geweigerd.
Zo los je het op
Kies in je factuursoftware voor elke regel een eenheid, zoals stuks, uren of kilogram, en exporteer opnieuw. Maak je de XML zelf, voeg dan het attribuut unitCode toe aan de hoeveelheid, bijvoorbeeld unitCode="C62" voor stuks of "HUR" voor uren.
