What it means
The delivery party (ShipToTradeParty) is identified by its name, location identifier and address. This rule checks that no extra Description text is attached to it.
Why it matters
Text placed there has no defined meaning in EN 16931, so the buyer's software has no field to show it in. The invoice is not rejected, but anything important you wrote there is likely to go unread.
How to fix it
If your software has a field for delivery instructions or a delivery note, check whether it is being exported as a description of the delivery party. Move wording the buyer needs, such as a gate number or opening hours, into the delivery address lines or the invoice note (BT-22). If the text only matters inside your own business, leave it out of the e-invoice.
