What it means
The check looks in the agreement part of the invoice header for a reference to a supply instruction (ram:SupplyInstructionReferencedDocument), a document with instructions for supplying the goods. EN 16931 has no field for it.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice is still accepted. A recipient that follows the standard ignores the supply instruction reference, so it is not used to match the invoice to a delivery. It is worth fixing if the buyer relies on that number, because they will not see it here.
How to fix it
Remove the supply instruction reference from the invoice in your invoicing software, or from the export settings that send it. In the XML, delete the ram:SupplyInstructionReferencedDocument block. If the buyer needs the number, put it in the invoice note or in the purchase order number if that is what they asked for.
