What it means
In a CII file, the seller's legal organisation (SpecifiedLegalOrganization) holds the company registration number (BT-30). This rule warns when that organisation also contains an AuthorizedLegalRegistration block. The message text mentions RoleCode, but the test itself looks for the whole AuthorizedLegalRegistration block.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice is still accepted. The block is not part of EN 16931, so the buyer's software has no field for it and will normally ignore it. Anything you meant the buyer to learn from it does not get through.
How to fix it
Open the seller's company details in your invoicing software and check how the registration number is set up. The number itself belongs in the legal organisation ID (BT-30), not in a separate authorised registration block. If the software keeps writing the block, ask the supplier to stop exporting it. It is worth fixing when you want a clean check result or the buyer asks for it.
