What it means
The rule checks the delivery block of each invoice line. It must not contain a DespatchedQuantity, the quantity you sent out. The standard reads only the invoiced quantity (BT-129).
Why it matters
The invoice is not rejected, because this is a warning. The recipient's software has no field for a despatched quantity, so it is likely to be ignored. If it differs from the invoiced quantity, the buyer will not see why.
How to fix it
Switch off the despatched quantity in the e-invoice export of your invoicing software. If a despatch advice exists, give its number in the despatch advice reference (BT-16) for the whole invoice. Check that the invoiced quantity (BT-129) is what you charge for.
