What it means
The rule checks the delivery block of each invoice line. It must not contain a RelatedSupplyChainConsignment, the shipment that the line belongs to. EN 16931 has no consignment data on a line.
Why it matters
The invoice is not rejected, because this is a warning. The recipient's software is likely to ignore the shipment data, so it cannot use it to match the invoice to a delivery.
How to fix it
Turn off shipment or consignment output in the e-invoice export of your invoicing software. To link the invoice to a delivery, use the despatch advice reference (BT-16) and the delivery date (BT-72) for the whole invoice. A shipment number can also go in the line note (BT-127).
