What it means
The rule checks the delivery block of each invoice line. It must not contain a ShipToTradeParty, the party and address the goods go to. EN 16931 gives one set of delivery information for the whole invoice (BG-13).
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice goes through. The recipient reads the delivery address from the invoice level, so a different address on a line is likely to be ignored. The buyer may then book the goods against the wrong location.
How to fix it
Remove the per-line delivery address from the export of your invoicing software and fill in the delivery information (BG-13) for the whole invoice. If the goods went to more than one address, either issue one invoice per address or write the addresses in the item descriptions (BT-154).
