What it means
The rule checks the delivery block of each invoice line. It must not contain a SpecifiedDeliveryAdjustment, an adjustment recorded against the delivery of that line. EN 16931 has no field for it.
Why it matters
As a warning, it does not stop the invoice. The recipient's software is likely to ignore the adjustment, so only the final amounts are read. Anyone expecting the adjustment to explain a difference will not find it.
How to fix it
Turn off delivery adjustments in your invoicing software's e-invoice export. Make sure the invoiced quantity (BT-129) and the line amounts already reflect the adjustment. If the buyer is charged less, you can show it as a line discount (BG-27) with a reason, and describe the cause in the line note (BT-127).
