What it means
The rule checks each invoice line for a marketplace (IncludedSpecifiedMarketplace) in its agreement block, the online platform on which the item was sold. EN 16931 has no field for this.
Why it matters
This is only a warning, so the invoice is not rejected. The recipient's software has no place to store a marketplace on a line and is likely to ignore it. Nobody downstream can rely on it.
How to fix it
Disable the marketplace or sales channel option in the e-invoice export of your invoicing software. If the buyer needs the order number from that platform, put it in the purchase order number (BT-13) or the sales order reference (BT-14) for the whole invoice. Leave the platform name out of the structured data.
