What it means
The rule checks the delivery block of each invoice line. It must not contain a ReceivedQuantity, the quantity the buyer says they received. The standard reads only the invoiced quantity (BT-129).
Why it matters
As a warning, it does not stop the invoice. The recipient has no field for a received quantity on a line, so the figure is likely to be dropped. It also cannot be used to settle a dispute about what arrived.
How to fix it
Switch off the received quantity in the e-invoice export of your invoicing software. If the buyer confirmed the delivery in a receiving advice, give its number in the receiving advice reference (BT-15) for the whole invoice. Keep the invoiced quantity (BT-129) as the quantity you charge.
