What it means
The rule checks the delivery block of each invoice line. It must not contain a ProductUnitQuantity, a count of product units kept apart from the invoiced quantity (BT-129). The standard reads only the invoiced quantity.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice goes through. A second quantity that the standard does not define is likely to be ignored by the recipient. If it differs from the invoiced quantity, it adds confusion and no value.
How to fix it
Disable the unit count option in the e-invoice export of your invoicing software. Check that the invoiced quantity (BT-129) and its unit of measure are what you charge for. If the buyer needs a count of units, give it in the item description (BT-154).
