What it means
The rule checks the delivery block of each invoice line. It must not contain a RequestedQuantity, the quantity the buyer asked for. The quantity the standard reads is the invoiced quantity (BT-129).
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice goes through. The recipient only reads the invoiced quantity, so a different requested quantity is likely to be ignored. If it differs from what you charged, the extra number does nothing and can confuse a person reading the XML.
How to fix it
Turn off the ordered or requested quantity in the export of your invoicing software. Check that the invoiced quantity (BT-129) is the quantity you are charging for. The ordered quantity belongs on the order, which you can point to with the purchase order number (BT-13).
