What it means
The rule checks the delivery block of each invoice line. It must not contain a ChargeFreeQuantity, the quantity supplied without charge. In EN 16931 the line quantity is the invoiced quantity (BT-129), the quantity you charge for.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice is not rejected. The recipient's software is likely to ignore the free quantity, so their stock records may show fewer goods than they actually received.
How to fix it
Turn off the free quantity option in your invoicing software's e-invoice export. Keep the invoiced quantity (BT-129) to the items you charge for. To make free goods visible, mention them in the item description (BT-154) or add a separate line for them with a unit price of 0.
