What it means
The rule checks each invoice line for a seller party (ItemSellerTradeParty) in its agreement block. In EN 16931 the seller is described once, for the whole invoice (BG-4), and not again per line.
Why it matters
As a warning, it does not stop the invoice. The recipient reads the seller from the invoice level, so a different seller on a line is likely to be ignored. That can leave the buyer with details that do not match what they book.
How to fix it
Remove the line-level seller from the export of your invoicing software. Check that the seller name, address and VAT number are complete in the seller block of the invoice. If the line really comes from another organisation, mention that in the item description (BT-154).
