What it means
On each line, the unit price before discount (BT-148) can carry one discount (BT-147). This rule checks that this discount holds no Reason element, the free-text explanation of the discount. The discount amount itself is allowed.
Why it matters
EN 16931 describes a discount on a unit price by its amount only, so there is no field for a written reason and receiving software may not show it. The file is still accepted, because this is a warning. It is worth fixing for a clean file, or when the buyer needs the explanation and might not see it.
How to fix it
Remove the Reason element from the AppliedTradeAllowanceCharge under GrossPriceProductTradePrice in each affected line. Keep the discount amount (ActualAmount). Move the wording into a note on the line (BT-127) if the buyer should still read it. If your invoicing software writes the element, look for an export setting for EN 16931, XRechnung or Peppol BIS.
