What it means
On each line, the unit price before discount (BT-148) can carry one discount (BT-147). This rule checks that this discount holds no TypeCode, a code for the kind of discount or charge. The discount amount itself is allowed.
Why it matters
EN 16931 does not classify a discount on a unit price, so receiving software has no use for the code and may ignore it. The file is still accepted, because this is a warning. It is worth fixing for a clean file or when the recipient asks for no warnings.
How to fix it
In the line, open GrossPriceProductTradePrice and its AppliedTradeAllowanceCharge, and delete the TypeCode element. Leave the discount amount (ActualAmount) and the ChargeIndicator as they are. If your software adds the code on every export, choose an EN 16931, XRechnung or Peppol BIS output, or ask the supplier to stop writing it.
