Warning

CII-SR-133: Remove the delivery location from the unit price before discount

In short

Warning: worth checking.

CII-SR-133 means the unit price before discount on a line has a delivery location (DeliveryTradeLocation), which an EN 16931 invoice should not contain. Delete that element; it is only a warning, so the file is still accepted.

On this page

What it means

On each line, the unit price before discount (BT-148) sits in the GrossPriceProductTradePrice block. This rule checks that the block holds no DeliveryTradeLocation, an element that ties the price to a place.

Why it matters

EN 16931 gives delivery information once for the whole invoice (BG-13), not per price, so a location on the price has no field to land in and may be ignored. The file is still accepted, because this is a warning. It is worth fixing for a clean file, or when the place matters to the buyer.

How to fix it

Delete the DeliveryTradeLocation element from GrossPriceProductTradePrice in each affected line. Keep the unit price (ChargeAmount). If the delivery place should appear on the invoice, enter it in the delivery information of the invoice instead. Check your software's export settings for an EN 16931, XRechnung or Peppol BIS option if it keeps adding the element.
