Wat de regel betekent
Elke factuur moet het factuurtotaal zonder btw (BT-109) bevatten. Dat is het nettototaal van de factuur: de regels, min kortingen en plus toeslagen op de hele factuur.
Waarom het ertoe doet
De Europese e-factuurnorm EN 16931 maakt dit veld verplicht. Zonder dit veld weigert het systeem van de ontvanger de factuur voordat iemand hem leest, en overheden en Peppol-toegangspunten nemen hem niet aan.
Zo los je het op
Laat je factuursoftware de totalen berekenen en exporteer opnieuw. Maak je de XML zelf, voeg dan cbc:TaxExclusiveAmount (UBL) of ram:TaxBasisTotalAmount (CII) toe.
